Ian Beck

Ian Beck was a U.S. short track speedskater from 1997-2002, competing in multiple World Cup and World Championship events before retiring in 2002. He later returned from 2007-2010. His experiences as an athlete inspired him to revolutionize athlete representation and sports marketing.

After earning an LL.M. in Entertainment Law and Media Policy from UCLA and a J.D. from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Beck founded Olympus Sports Group to provide the personal attention athletes lacked.

He has since represented dozens of Olympic and Paralympic medalists, securing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Nearly two decades after his first deal, Beck remains committed to maximizing athletes’ success in all aspects of life.

He lives in the Phoenix area with his wife and three daughters.

Jessica Leonard

Jessica has 10+ years of experience in sports, events, and nonprofits. She started in NCAA Athletics at Syracuse University (Go Orange!), managing Women’s Soccer after a career-ending injury. She later worked in collegiate baseball, the NFL (New York Giants), MLS (New England Revolution), event marketing in NYC, and nonprofits like Make-A-Wish. During the pandemic, she coached her high school JV Girls Soccer team to an undefeated season.

She holds a graduate certificate from Columbia University’s Sports Industry Essentials Program. Most recently, she was with Sports Business Journal’s 2023 award-winning agency, MKTG Sports + Entertainment, managing sponsorships and activations for FedEx NFL, Toyota Olympics & Paralympics, and Jack in the Box. She also led events like Super Bowl LVI, Super Bowl LVII, and Toyota’s National Dealer Meeting.

Passionate about building relationships and making an impact, Jessica is excited to join Olympus Sports Group. She lives in Hartford, CT, with her husband and their four-legged best friend.

Mary Beth Daniels

Mary Beth has 40+ years of experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors, specializing in CRM systems, targeted marketing, and consulting across retail, publishing, finance, and nonprofits. Known for her communication skills, she excels in public speaking, facilitation, mentorship, and organizational strategy. Her mission: “to help others become the highest and best versions of themselves.”

She holds a B.S. in Marketing and English, a Master’s in Direct & Interactive Communication from NYU, and a Master’s of Divinity from Drew University. A certified spiritual counselor, ordained interfaith minister, and Reiki practitioner, she inspires and supports others.

A proud mom and grandma, Mary Beth lives on a Massachusetts farm with her husband and many animals. She enjoys creating wool paintings and felt art. Excited to join Olympus Sports Group, she looks forward to enriching athletes’ journeys.

Muneera Samie

Muneera Samie is an educator, digital marketer, and web developer with a knack for turning big ideas into reality. She specializes in eCommerce website design, social media engagement, and data-driven strategies to grow brand presence. From crafting compelling content to optimizing SEO, her focus is on driving measurable success.

Beyond her technical skills, Muneera has a strong background in mentorship and education, guiding students and professionals in HTML, SEO, and data analytics. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a Media Analysis minor from ASU.

Her expertise spans digital marketing, eCommerce, and content creation, enabling her to tackle challenges from multiple perspectives. Muneera is excited to bring her expertise to Olympus Sports Group and collaborate with a best-in-class team. She currently resides in Arizona with her three siblings, who actually get her to go outside once in a while.

Kori Kremer

Kori brings 10+ years of experience in sports marketing, campaign development, and event management. With a background in athlete representation and influencer management, she has led high-profile projects with top-tier companies and athletes, driving growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.

For nearly 15 years, Kori has also coached middle and high school sports, including soccer, volleyball, and track & field, fostering teamwork, skill development, and personal growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing & Management from Mount Mercy University and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Northwestern University. Passionate about blending creativity with data-driven insights, Kori is excited to help shape the future of sports marketing with Olympus Sports Group. She resides in Iowa with her dog.
